About Dawn
Former Director of People and Resources with Chartered Accountants Ireland, Dawn established Leane Leaders in 2017 to to help organisations and individuals navigate key leadership challenges. She can draw from a panel of associates who share her fascination with organisational culture and passion for inclusive leadership. Her track record working with international clients together with her qualifications and passion for lifelong learning make her an expert in her field.
Dawn is a graduate of the National College of Industrial Relations (now National College of Ireland) and holds a Masters of Business from University College Cork, in addition to post-graduate qualifications in Strategic Human Resource Management, Leadership and Organisational Behaviour.
